Christmas Short Films

Merry Christmas! On this episode of the All Sorts of Shorts podcast we brought three Christmas short films.

We started the podcast talking about what we’re getting up to this holiday season, and share our different Christmas traditions. We’d love to hear what you’re doing this Christmas so make sure to head over to our social media pages or YouTube and leave a comment with what you’re getting up to.

Now for the very merry films:

Christmas Eve. An enormous explosion tears through Lapland. Santa and his elf, Anthony, have crash-landed in the middle of nowhere on their busiest night. Anthony is a dark comedy from director Jonathan van Tulleken.

A depressed woman must come to terms with her own vulnerability when she hires an eager Professional Cuddler on Christmas Eve.

Love is a Gift is a short film about a man counting down the days to Christmas so he can continue his yearly tradition sparked by a tragic moment from the past. Director Phil Beastall’s response to John Lewis Christmas adverts went viral on social media.

We hope you enjoyed our Christmas short films special. The next episode of All Sorts of Shorts will be out on Monday 6th Jan 2020 we look forward to seeing you in the new year! And to kick of 2020 we’ll be looking at short films based on true stories, the films to watch are:
